We gladly accept returns of products purchased from Kodfume’s website within 30 days of the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Our Customer Service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA).

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the products. Kodfume will not be held liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product and confirm its eligibility, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued in the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times may vary based on your financial institution.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Products returned without an authorized RMA.
  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after receipt.
  • Products not returned in their original packaging.

6. Exchanges
