Return Policy:

• Unopened merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, less shipping. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Opened items cannot be returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of our error.

• Defective products may be returned within 15 days of shipment for credit or exchange with an RMA number. Full product, including all manuals and accessories, must be returned in original packaging. Warranty:

• Warranty is voided if product tags, seals, or stickers have been tampered with. Mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product also voids the warranty.
